Naphtalie Dorcius

Naphtalie Dorcius brings over a decade of direct experience in working with children and implementing behavior protocols, significantly impacting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a psychology and cognitive science foundation from the University of Boston, Massachusetts, she further honed her expertise by earning a master's degree in education with a focus on ABA from Cambridge College. Currently practicing in the Boston public school sector, she also collaborates with multiple behavior therapy agencies to enhance socially significant behaviors in children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Her commitment is deeply rooted in her belief that every child deserves a chance to succeed, regardless of socioeconomic status, culture, or disability.

Pamela Gotay
Co-Founder | M. ED | BCBA | LABA​
Pamela Gotay, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), complements the leadership with her extensive experience in behavioral clinics and home therapy settings. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cambridge College, she continued at the same institution to earn a master's in education focused on behavioral analysis. Pamela practices throughout Massachusetts's Northeast and Metro West regions, providing clinical supervision and ABA services. Her approach to behavioral health is infused with a strong sense of community and philanthropy, advocating for the principle that community improvement starts with supporting its members.
